We currently deliver and install within selected BT postcode areas only. Please contact us with your location before submitting an order to confirm you’re within our service area.

Fitting is calculated in the online quote form when you design your wardrobe and is based on the postcode entered. This includes the postcodes we currently cover.
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm or proceed with orders outside of these postal areas at this time.

Yes. While the process is simplified, every wardrobe is still made to measure and tailored to your space. You just enter your size, and we take care of the rest.

Payment
You do not pay anything online. First you are required to design your wardrobe. Your order goes to our sales team who check and confirm everything with you. Then you will be sent an online secure payment link.
Because the wardrobes are pre-constructed, they cannot be altered on-site. A flat, clear space is required to ensure seamless installation. Therefore exchange and refund is not available. For a bespoke solution please visit our sister website. www.fusionrobes.co.uk
Once you have completed your wardrobe design, submit it and our sales team will check your order, email or give you a call if they have any questions. An invoice for payment will also be sent. Once payment is received in full we will begin to build your wardrobe ready for delivery.

Interior colour and door handles for a personalised touch
There are 38 stunning colour finishes, plus matt and wood effect interiors, and 10 handle designs.
Just measure your wall space in cm and use our online builder. It will guide you to the correct fit: 4, 5 or 6 door options based on your space. Click here to enter your measurements and our wardrobe finder will redirect you to the best suitable door style.

The Simple Range is not suitable for:
Sloped ceilings
Rooms with chimney breasts, windows or radiators on the wardrobe wall
Ceiling heights over 260 cm (contact us for bespoke options)
Rooms with floor or wall irregularities that exceed tolerance limits
Any space outside the 170 cm – 340 cm width range
Installation & Shipping
You’ll need to measure the width (left to right) and height (floor to ceiling) of your desired wardrobe location. We offer a standard depth of 62cm.
Yes, OR it can be installed with an exposed end (Or two ends). If exposed, an additional side panel(s) is/ are required for a clean finish. You can select this in the Online Design Tool.
The room must allow for:
1.5 cm tolerance against walls and floors
2 cm tolerance against the ceiling
Uneven floors, walls, or ceilings may require a bespoke solution.

No — fitting is not included, but we can arrange installation with our team or with a joiner. This option is available as an additional add on at the checkout and costs only £200.
Once you have agreed to the terms & conditions and signed off on your design, a member of our team will send you a final billing invoice, once this is paid in full we process your wardrobe order.
