Our website provides an online wardrobe builder which allows you to design and configure your wardrobe to suit your space.
When submitting a design through the builder:
You are responsible for entering accurate measurements of your space.
Once submitted, our team will review your design and measurements.
We may contact you to confirm details or clarify measurements before proceeding.
After confirmation, we will send you a secure payment link to complete the order.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Unless otherwise arranged, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements of their space when using the online wardrobe builder.
If incorrect measurements are provided, this may affect the fit of the wardrobe and may require modifications at additional cost.
We offer a professional measuring service if you would prefer our team to take measurements for you.
This service is available for a small fee.
